Delivery, Availability & Pricing

Please read the following carefully before completing your transaction. These terms and conditions affect your rights and liabilities under the law and outline the terms under which Sip Easy Co makes its products available to you.

Delivery Information

  • Delivery will be arranged to the address specified in your completed order form. To ensure secure delivery, please provide a daytime address where someone can sign for the shipment. An adult signature (21+) is required on all deliveries.

  • We do not deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a valid physical address.

  • Sip Easy Co and its carriers are not liable for non-receipt of goods. We will arrange delivery to the exact address you provide. We are not responsible for late or failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If you request delivery to a business, it will be considered successful once delivered to a reception area and signed for by a representative at that address.

  • Orders may take up to four days for processing, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Orders can only be delivered within the United States.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. All shipments are handled by common carriers.

  • Do not accept damaged goods. If you receive a damaged item, notify us within 2 days of delivery at support@sipeasy.co.

 

Orders placed before 11:00 AM (Eastern US time) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day

Availability & Order Acceptance

  • All products offered through Sip Easy Co are subject to availability. Your website transaction is not complete until you finalize checkout and click the Complete Order button.

  • Purchases are limited to adults 21 years of age or older.

  • We reserve the right to refuse an order at our discretion.

  • Orders cannot be transferred from the original purchaser to another person.

Payment & Pricing

  • We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover credit cards.

  • Your credit/debit card details are encrypted for security purposes.

  • Payment authorization must be provided at the time of order.

  • Prices listed on the website exclude sales tax.

  • Sip Easy Co is a marketing company acting as an agent for the consumer.

  • Orders are fulfilled by licensed retailers across the United States and delivered on behalf of the customer within the designated state.

  • Deliveries are arranged via a common carrier to the provided delivery address.

Shipping Regulations & Restrictions

  • Certain states prohibit the direct importation of alcohol from specific locations, including AL, UT,HI, MI, and MA.

  • Orders placed for restricted states may be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.

  • It is your responsibility to verify whether your state allows alcohol shipments from out-of-state retailers.

  • Sip Easy Co makes no representation regarding the laws, rules, or regulations governing the sale, service, transportation, or delivery of alcoholic beverages to you.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order weight.
