Thank you for shopping with Sip Easy Co. We’re committed to delivering high-quality products and a positive customer experience. Because of alcohol shipping regulations, we have specific policies in place for returns and refunds. Please read the following carefully.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to federal and state regulations governing the shipment of alcohol, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. This includes situations where the customer changes their mind, orders the wrong item, or no longer wants the product after delivery.
We strongly encourage customers to review all order details carefully—including product selections, delivery address, and legal age confirmation—before completing checkout.
Refunds & Problem Resolution
While we do not issue refunds, we’re committed to addressing issues on a case-by-case basis. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a quality concern, please notify us within 2 days of delivery so we can review the issue.
To request a review of your order:
- Contact us at support@sipeasy.co with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
- Include photo documentation of the damage or incorrect item, if applicable.
- Our support team will evaluate the situation and work to offer a fair resolution. This may include a replacement item, store credit, or another appropriate solution at our discretion.
Please note: We cannot guarantee replacements for concerns reported after the 2-day window.
Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to:
- Inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses
- Delivery refusal by the recipient
- Inability to verify legal drinking age at time of delivery
If a package is returned to the retailer due to any of the above, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
